How to accept custom payment amounts through PayPal?

I have a client who needs a payment option on their site where users can input the amount they want to pay, along with an invoice number and email address. We’re currently using the “Quick PayPal Payments” plugin, but it only works if the user logs into PayPal—it doesn’t allow credit card payments.

I’ve tried some suggestions from the developers, but nothing has worked so far. Can anyone recommend a plugin that supports random payment amounts through PayPal with a credit card option?
