What’s the easiest way to set up digital menus for a restaurant?

Hi everyone,

I’m a freelance WordPress developer helping a client who owns a restaurant. They’ve asked for a simple digital menu setup that diners can use to browse starters, mains, desserts, etc., with filters and maybe a search feature.

The solution needs to be quick to set up and easy for them to manage since their menu changes often. If possible, it’d be great to have a way to bulk upload items from their existing spreadsheet.

I’m looking for something straightforward that doesn’t overcomplicate things. Does anyone have a plugin or tool they’d recommend? I’d appreciate your suggestions!

Sounds like they might need a bigger budget or retainer. You could end up supporting this forever.

Is there no plugin that lets you create dishes and toggle them on or off as needed? Seems like a pretty basic feature. Did you check out any paid plugins, or have you only looked at free ones?
