I’m a photographer and videographer working with various clients. I want to add a portal to my website where clients can log in and see the progress of their edits or deliverables displayed as a percentage in a progress bar. Does a plugin like this exist?
I already have secure proofing galleries on my site where I can add blocks or shortcode. Ideally, I’m looking for something with a simple backend where I can update progress as I go. It would be even better if clients could see something like “90% complete” with a short note below, such as “final proofing.”

A simple progress bar might not fully meet your needs. You could consider creating a project post type where you name the project, assign it to a user or email, and update the progress with steps, dates, and notes. Clients could log in to see all the details or even access it via an email link.
