Anyone know a good plugin for booking appointments?

I’m a mobile bartender and need a way to manage bookings on my website. Here’s what I’m looking for:

  1. A form people can fill out to book appointments on my site. I’d like to get notified with the form attached to the appointment.
  2. A way to update my calendar so no one books when I’m already at an event.
  3. Automatic removal of unavailable times after someone books.
  4. An option to book people in person during events like bridal shows or while bartending.
  5. Bonus if it can send reminder emails or texts to clients about their appointments.

Any suggestions?

You could try the Bookly plugin or look into Google Calendar integrations. Both are pretty reliable.

I’ve heard good things about the Bookings for WooCommerce Plugin. It’s got solid reviews and over 3k installs.
