Anyone know how the wp.org ranking system works?

Hi everyone, does anyone know how the ranking algorithm on wp.org works?

I’m guessing it’s a mix of factors like keywords, reviews, update frequency, install speed, and maybe things like open tickets and WP compatibility. But I’m curious about the weight of each factor. Is this algorithm public? I couldn’t find much info online.
