You might want to try the Simply Schedule Appointments plugin. They have a free version you can test out. Another option I’ve used before is Start Booking, though it doesn’t offer a free plan.

I’d suggest using WooCommerce along with WooCommerce Bookings. WooCommerce itself is free, but Bookings is a premium plugin. It can handle most of what you’re asking for.
