The Webtoffee Product Importer for WooCommerce stopped working after the latest update. This plugin is crucial for updating our stock, so this is a big problem for us.
I reached out to their support team, but they gave me the impression they won’t respond until after the weekend, which is frustrating. Now we’re stuck with outdated stock info for over three days, and rolling back doesn’t seem to be an option.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with this plugin since the update?

Why aren’t you able to roll back the plugin?
When was your last backup?
Did you test it before updating?
The rollback option is available for most plugins, but this one doesn’t show it. No clue why!
Backups are done daily, so that’s covered.
Honestly, I need to set up a staging environment. I’m using Hostinger with Cloudflare, and while Hostinger offers one-click staging, it doesn’t seem to work with Cloudflare. So I’m figuring that out.
I tried rolling back some other plugins I updated recently, toggled a few things off and on, and even rolled back WordPress. Still no luck.
Finally, I asked their support team for the files from the previous version. Got them, reinstalled, and everything is back to normal now.
